PURE Electrolyte Capsules (Salt Caps) are formulated for muscle and cramp support, to help maintain your body’s electrolyte levels and replace minerals lost during sustained strenuous exercise. They are also great in hot conditions when extra electrolytes are needed.
- Each serving of 2 capsules provides 330 mg sodium plus potassium, magnesium, calcium and has no added carbohydrates

RECOMMENDED USE: Take two capsules every 30 minutes during prolonged physical activity or at onset of cramp.
Do not exceed recommended dose, up to 7 capsules daily.
